...a porche or a toy car, world peace or domestic bliss, a hefty bonus or a part-time job, a steady partner or a wild fling, a victory in the final or mere qualification, a healthy heart or a wealthy aunt, a child's birth or life after death...so many people-so many prayers...

Inside Notre Dame, I came across stacks of candles, offered by the faithful of all ages and colour! To me, each candle represented a unique prayer, a unique hope...
